With Ikea employees, we have talked upon the changes we live during new parenthood, how these changes may affect us or our relationship with others, why it is normal to have some difficulty in these transitions and what can be done to ease this.
EMCC CERTIFIED MENTORING TRAINING
IT was a great plessure to serve PWN Istanbul mentors with my dear co-lead Zeynep Derya Levent.
We only didn’t cover the main skills the mentor should have, but also worked on the importance of Relationship Contract to express our needs during the process as a mentee and mentor and also how it can be used as a motivator during the process to reach the targets. We have all became richer with all the sharings the group had.

With the collaboration of Mine Turalı, Değişime Liderlik, and men and women professionals from different NGO’s we talked about Empowerment, realized our Unconscious Bias , why Women Empowerment and how to Empower Men so to Empower The System.

5 days working on Project Management, Change Management, Team Building, Systems Theory and Leadership with another group of professionals dedicated to serve from different NGO’s of Afghanistan, Tajikistan and SouthSudan.
We embodied the learnings so opened up ourselves, our learnings, our experiences; which made the benefit a giant one.

We have worked on how bonding team members occur, how people affected with change, the importance and methods of setting Conscious intentions on every team work and importance of being aware of people’s needs.
With the women employees of @EagleBurgmann, we have talked about how being a mother affects women’s life and Family System’s, the challenges that could be faced in this experience and how Gender Roles that we have occupy affects this.

In the interactive seminar we have given to moms and dads; we have talked about what are the changes moms and dads experience personally and as a family system, and what could be done to manage this change.
How aware are we as Working Women that the main barrier on climbing career steps is our current Unconscious Bias?
We were together with Avon Cozmetics Employees in our Maternity Doping To Professional Life group coaching. We have harvested our maternity stories, and saw what we have learned from this experience.
We have explored how motherhood develops women with TAV Havalimanları employees. The participants that came with "curiosity" has left with "I was't aware of the competences I had gained with being a mother and that I can benefit from them in my professional life" sharings

Online Seminar @KariyerNet about changing relationships, changing inner and family systems when becoming parents.
With BASF employees, we have looked at how we shape our stories and realized what we learn from every experience such as motherhood. With the competences that we gain, we defined the maternity leave not a career break anymore, but a career doping.
WORKSHOP & SEMINAR
We were the guests of @Tavairports. We have worked on what does Empowerment means and shared with them with a mini seminar the benefits of having men and women co-creating together at work which was a mind openner.
They have defined their current status on Gender Equality and how do they want to enhance it together.
With the collaboration of Mine Turalı from Değişime Liderlik, we have worked with women from @YenidenBiz who wants to continue their career after a break with our "Do You Really Want" program.
We have worked with their true intentions, their inner voices that supports or puts barriers in this process and body & conscious intention relation.
We worked with Koç University Hospital employees on how to manage relationships, how to understand the need of the other and bring empathy and how to use this as a competency at work.
